2026 Lifeguard Training
All courses require passing of pre-course skills test:
1. Swim 350 yards front crawl or breaststroke, then tread water no hands for 2 minutes, then swim another 200 yards same stroke.
2. Swim 20 yards, go under and retrieve a 10 pound object about 7' deep, return to surface and swim back to back.
3. Retrieve 3 diving rings in about 5-7' of water.
YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO ATTEND ALL SCHEDULED CLASSES. NO MAKEUPS
